Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Auralogic's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Auralogic's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Auralogic provides digital services including but not limited to web development, design, branding, and digital marketing. All services are subject to separate service agreements and proposals.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be outlined in individual project proposals. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

7. Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by service and will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Auralogic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
